I've been working way too much lately and it's not good for the diet. I find it so easy to revert to old habits when I get this busy and I hate that. Thankfully, the next several weeks look much more normal and boy am I ready for it. I've worked 7 or 8 weeks of 70+ hours and I've had enough!
I'm going to be thinking through my schedule pretty carefully with my co-workers to try to ensure that a season like this doesn't happen again. But the truth is, sometimes life is just filled with things that must be done and I have much to learn about maintaining a healthy lifestyle in the midst of such times.
