I'm not sure what's happening. I have been a little less disciplined about eating over the last two weeks due to unusual busyness but not much. I have been strength training three days per week which I have not previously done. I have been taking a strength-training supplement, AMP Whey Protein, for post-workout recovery which the saleswoman said can lead to water weight-gain (but then she also said it could lead to dehydration so I left slightly confused).
Maybe it's one or all of these things but I've been weighing in at 3-5 lbs higher each day than I have been over the last couple of months. I DO NOT like weighing in higher as I've been on a plateau for months and been trying to break through it. It's depressing to go up when you're working so hard to go down but alas I'm just going to keep doing the right things and then rest in the Lord because I can't control my weight, only my habits.
