Today's my day to workout the lower body but I'm not sure how hard I'm going to go because my core is still pretty sore from my workout two days ago. I've never intensely worked out those muscles before (abs, obliques, lower back) and at 42 I think my body's saying, "Yo, man, what's this all about?" I'll grow through the pain, no doubt, but I don't want my entire body to be killing me! On the other hand, I have a competitive spirit and it's very hard for me to go easy so we'll see how it goes.
