I've been stuck at 215 for quite a while now but this morning I was down to 214! My main goal is not to lose weight, but I must admit that it's sure fun!
The only thing that's changed is that I decided to start eating more. I've been cycling for nearly 2 hours per day because I'm getting ready for a long bike ride at the end of this month, but I kept my cal intake at the same level. Someone suggested that I up my cal intake, which I did, and "voila," I lost a pound!
Weird but cool!
