I got a wild hair a while back and decided I wanted to learn to run. So I found this program on the web called "Couch Potato to 5K in 9 weeks" and today's my fourth day. Easy stuff, after a 5 minute warm up, run 60 seconds then walk 90 and repeat until you reach 20-30 minutes. I can do more but their advice is to stick to the program exactly and I plan to do that!
Wow, I've never wanted to run before. I can't wait to finish my first 5K!
