Mondays are my one day off per week which means that Tuesdays are like Mondays to me. So with that, here's my training plan for this week:
Tuesday: 2.5 mile jog/walk, upper body strength in gym
Wednesday: 20 mile bike ride, strength workout
Thursday: 3.0 mile jog/walk, core strength in gym
Friday: 20 bike ride, cadence workout
Saturday: 5.0 mile jog/walk, upper and core strength in gym
Sunday: 20 mile bike ride, speed endurance workout
I'll say more about what I do with each of these workouts as the days go by, but for now I just want to give thanks to the Lord Jesus for a great day of rest and for the opportunity to be alive another day! I hope to make the most of the gift of life this week.
