What can I improve upon?
Well for starters, my attitude. It is not always the best. Some days I lose my focus and don't care about exercise, tracking or eating healthy. I have to stop letting stress and day to day things interfere.
Then of course there is working on learning to like veggies and making sure I measure all my food. Sometimes I just don't care enough to do it. Most of the time I do it any way and am so glad I did.
Each day is a new day to do it right. To have a good attitude, to focus on my goals and to tell myself that each day I am worth it.
