Monday, I pulled a muscle in my left butt area, now I have a left knee injury, no heavy duty work outs for several days. What next on body is fall apart..

    Everything will turn out all right. exercise is a big toll to put on the body. for anything u still do remember to stretch those muscles before and after the workout. before prevents the pulling or any other form of injury and after help to prevent soreness the day after. Good Luck and i hope you get better soon.

  Well as I am soon to celebrate my big number birthday, I find that I have to take a day off between workouts and I am a big fan of Advil and EPSOM SALT baths.

    I'm thinking:Maybe he should sit in a hot tub to soothe those aching muscles....
I am a born Michigander, but hate winter with a passion!! We spent our vacation in the U.P, and the colors were changing then(third week in August).

You can still sit in a chair with hand weights for strength exercises.... take care! emoticon

Due to the extremely hot weather i was force to bike inside. Bike for one hour350 calories, and 10.5 miles I did not want to go over 73 rpm. I left it a level five
