Soooooo looks like fitness is out of the question for a couple weeks. My back has really done it to me once again, and during the holidays no less. I really need to be sticking to my diet since I can barely walk. This is going to make things really hard. I am incredibly bummed out. I really wish my body would work with me while I'm trying to work so hard emoticon

Really making November count before the holidays. Got my unlimited hot yoga pass and will start running as well before or after my yoga sessions. Diet is the hardest part for me especially with everyone shoving cookies and candy in my face at work!
