Reasons to Eat Healthy and Workout

Just as a reminder to myself:

Reasons to eat whatever I want and not workout:
-Because it tastes good
-Because I want to lay on the couch

Reasons to eat healthy and workout:
-To feel better about myself
-To have more energy
-To feel proud of myself
-To be able to comfortably do the physical things that I enjoy doing
-To like the way I look
-To feel sexy
-To be strong
-To be able to enjoy shopping again
-To not cringe when I look at pictures of myself/ see myself in the mirror
-To not hate my body
-To be able to cross my legs again
-To be able to wear the clothes I want
-To be able to play with my little sister without getting tired
-To not feel like that fat friend
-To feel beautiful
-To be able to wear a bathing suit in public without anxiety
-To be able to wear shorts.
-To one day be the beautiful bride that I envision
-To be able to not feel embarrassed when my boyfriend touches or sees my body
-To not be worried about fitting in amusement park rides
-To be able to sit comfortably
-To be able to run again
-To realize that my health should be a priority
-To live longer
-To be happier with myself in general
-To not be embarrassed about my body
-To be able to stop feeling like everyone is judging me

    Aha, a compare list. This is good, the second list is more than the first, so there's no reason why not to eat healthy & workout :D

The No Excuse Challenge

It seems like it has been difficult lately for me to find time to exercise. With so much going on in my life, I just feel like I don't have time for it. But no more, I am sick of making excuses and ready to start making time for me! I work so hard on everything else in my life, don't I deserve to work hard on myself?!

My Challenge: 5 weeks

emoticon Workout for at least 30 minutes per day. No excuses. No matter if I have to get up an hour early, go to sleep an hour late, or cram in a quick workout between jobs, I will do it!

emoticon Take a before and after picture. I have never done this before, but (from reading other people's blogs and challenges) I think it will be good motivation and rewarding later on.

emoticon Find at least 1 photo, quote, or whatever to motivate me in my weight loss and save them to a common folder on my computer to look through when I'm losing my spark.

emoticon Drink TONS of water. I've always had a problem drinking as much as I should, but I'm ready to change that and start new, healthier habits.

Anyone want to join me in my challenge?
