Been fairly busy last 3 weeks or so..seems like everyday I have things I gotta get done...no wonder my stress level is high..
Have work to do in the house this weekend..major project of putting in new flooring in a large room...no rest for the weary, it will most likely take up the whole weekend.
I guess I need to be on guard to stay motivated this week and continue my good eating habits and NOT to forget to exercise.
Exercise takes a lot of tension away from me and I normally feel relaxed afterward. Any of you tried Yoga?
Anyway, I'm looking forward to another week of progression.... I feel positive about it even though I will be thoroughly busy. Can't wait for a weekend where there is NOTHING to do..except veg out!
