TODAY'S PSALM: (By RSSSLHB) - Ps 61:1-2

TODAY'S INSTRUCTIONS: (By PASTORMIKE7) - From: "A Dead Man Speaks To The Living".

1. He speaks of life in faith.
2. He speaks of worship.
3. He speaks of excellance.
4. He speaks of Divine approval.
TODAY'S SCRIPTURE: (By MJRVIC2000) - Luke 5:38 -
"New wine must be put into new wineskins; and both will be preserved".
TODAY'S HYMN: THERE'S A FOUNTAIN FREE - 1876 (By Mary B. C. Slade & Dr A. B. Everitt).
1. There's a fountain free, tis for you and me: Let us haste, O haste, to it's brink;
Tis the fount of love from the Source above, And He bids us all freely drink.
2. There's a living stream, with a crystal gleam, From the throne of life now it flows;
While the waters roll let the weary soul, Hear the call that forth freely goes.
3. There's a rock that's cleft and no soul is left, That may not its pure water share;
Tis for you and me, and it's stream I see; Let us hasten joyfully there.
REFRAIN: Will you come to the fountain free?
Will you come, tis for you and me;
Thirsty soul, hear the welcome call;
Tis a fointain open for all.
TODAY'S CLOSING: (By MJRVIC2000) -
May God bless us by understanding our difficulties in parting with the past and by filling us with His Spirit.

TODAY'S LIFE OF FAITH: (By PASTORMIKE7) -
When faith in God goes, Man the Thinker loses his greatest thought.
When faith in God goes, Man the Worker loses his greatest motive.
When faith in God goes, Man the Serverer loses his strongest help.
When faith in God goes, Man the Sufferer loses his securest refuge.
When faith in God goes, Man the Lover loses the fairest vision.
When faith in God goes, Man the Mortal loses his only home.
TODAY'S PRAYER: (By MIDORITHOMAS) -
"Loving Father, Almighty God! Thank You for the promise of a brighter tomorrow. We are grateful for Your presence and for the knowledge that You draw near to us each day. It is beautiful to think about the day when all of the sorrows of this life have been completely removed. Your word instructs us how to choose life. Help us not to lose sight of our goal to enter fully into Your presence. Help us not to focus on the pain, suffering, and disappintments of life, but on the beauty which You provide. Help us not to be deceived or get caught-up in those things which would cause us to veer off our path to glory. Ennable us to remember that this world is not our home, and that we are just passing through on our way to our ultimate destination....HEAVEN WITH YOU! Open our eyes so we may catch a glimpse of the wonderful things You have prepared for us. This we pray in Jesus' blessed name, Amen!"
TODAY'S SCRIPTURE: (By MJRVIC2000) - Rev 2:10
"Be thou faithful.....and I will give you a crown of life".
TODAY'S MESSAGE: JESUS, THE FOUNTAIN OF LIVING WATER! (John 7:37-39).
1. In verse 2, the Jews were celebrating the FEAST of the TABERNACLES.
a. This feast ocurred during the first part of October.
b. During this seven day feast, the Jews lived in booths made of tree branches to commemorate thier forefather's pilgrimage through the wilderness.
c. Each day, the High Priest would draw water out of the Pool of Siloam and pour it over the sacrifice parts while the people sang to the Lord.
d. On the eighth day, there was no singing and no water poured.
e. The eight day was a solemn day of repentance.
f. Against this backdrop of solemn and symbolism, Jesus stood up and proclaimed Himself to be the "FOUNTAIN OF LIVING WATER".
2. PICTURE THIS: The pouring of water on the seven days was thought to have physical and spiritual significance. Water was not poured on the eighth day. It was then that Jesus stood up and spoke of "RIVERS OF LIVING WATER", signifying or making reference to the Holy Spirit. Do you sing to the Lord ? Do you gather together with the saints to worship the Lord? To be continued tomorrow.
TODAY'S CLOING: (By MJRVIC) -
May God help us to rejoice in Him as our CREATOR and SUSTAINER of all life.

GREETINGS OF KINDNESS TO EVERYONE!
PSALM OF THE DAY: (By RSSSLHB) - Ps 5:1-2
" Give ear to my word, O Lord, consider my meditation. Hearken unto the voice of my cry, my King, and my God: for unto Thee will I cry".
THOUGHT FOR TODAY: (By DIDMIS) -
" Today I lose weight; Tomorrow will be too late"!
TODAY'S STATEMENT: ( By PURRRPY) -
" There is an old cliche, " Do you see the cup half empty or halF full". My response is, "NEITHER! My cup is overflowing".
TODAY'S SCRIPTURE: (By MJRVIC) - Phil 2:3
" Let each esteem others better than themselves".
TODAY'S PRAYER: (By MJRVIC) -
" Glorious Father, Redeeming God! What an uncalculable waste of time, we think, to consider those who have helped us to do our job, or even to stop to count our blessings, which is really not a waste of time when we realize we owe so many so much. It makes us realize how much we appreciate others and how much we depend on them for help and support. Do we ever stop to say "THANK YOU" to them? WE SHOULD! Help us to understand that we are not the central figure in our life; that Jesus Christ is the central figure in our life; that we have friends, workers, neighbors, brothers and sisters in Christ, and even strangers, who help us fulfill God's eternal purpose everyday; that help us to achieve sucess in our daily endeavors. To them we say, "THANK YOU!"; and we give Jeus all the glory, praise and honor. This we pray in Jesus' name, Amen!"
MESSAGE: JESUS, THE BREAD OF LIFE! (By MJRVIC) -
1. John teaches us in this next portrait of Jesus, that HEAVEN'S BREAD GUARANTEES OUR SALVATION! (John 6:37-40).
a. Those who place their trust in the Lord Jesus Christ need never fear being cast away or forgotten.
b. Faith and obedience in Jesus guarantees us absolute security in our salvation and in our relationship with Him.
c. Jesus doesn't save sinners to lose then along the way.
d. Jesus saves sinners to take them home with Him someday.
e. Eph 1:13-14 tells us we have been marked with a seal, The Holy Spirit, who is a deposit guaranteering our inheritance until the redemption.
2. PICTURE THIS: There are many christians who doubt their salvation. They believe perhaps that their secirty depends on them and what they do. This couldn't be farther from the truth. Salvation is the work and gift of the ALMIGHTY. Our work is to believe it, live it and tell others. What are you doing with Jesus today? Are you secured in His salvation? Can you say for sure that you have been saved by Jesus? To be continued tomorrow.
CLOSING: May God help us to express our thankfulness to Jesus and to others who fill our days with hope, faith and love.
Have a blessed day, From MEMBERS OF GOD'S FAMILY TEAM!

GREETINGS OF PEACE TO EVERYONE!
PSALM OF THE DAY: (By RSSSLHB) -
"If I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear me; but, verily God has heard me; He attended to the voice of my prayer".
HYMN OF THE DAY: MANSION OVER THE HILLTOP - (By Ira Stamphill, 1949).
1. I'm satisfy with just a cottage below, A little silver and a little gold;
But in that city where the ramsomed will shine, I want a gold one that's silver lined. REFRAIN!
2. Don't think me poor or deserted or lonely, I'm not discouraged, I'm heaven bound;
I'm just a pilgrim in search of a city, I want a mansion, a robe and a crown. REFRAIN!
REFRAIN: I've got a mansion just over the hilltop,
In that bright land where we'll never grow old;
And someday yonder we will nevermore wander,
But walk the streets that are purest gold.
TODAY'S SCRIPTURE: Gal 2:6 (NIV) -
" ....God does not judge by external appearance....".
TODAY'S PRAYER: (By MIDORITHOMAS) -
" Heavenly Father, Divine God! How selfish our prayers are! We asked You for many things and wondered why You don't answer some of them. We know Your word tells us that You have given us Your Holy Spirit as our Comforter, but this is the first time it has registered with us that the Holy Spirit is a gift to those who believe and ask. Your Holy Spirit leads and guides us in every area of our life, and He is there to comfort every heartache. Forgive us for trying to do what only you can do. Help us to be Your vessels without getting in the way. It is hard to look at life through these finite eyes and see a greater blessing than the healing of the body.....something greater than freedom from pain. We will continue to ask You for things, but help us to see through all of that....to see the greater gift of Your Holy Spirit. This we pray in Jesus' blessed name, Amen!"
SPECIAL PRAYER REQUEST: Please pray for THINLIN07's husband who had to return to the hospital.
MESSAGE: JESUS, THE BREAD OF LIFE! (by MJRVIC).
1. Yesterday, John 6:51 showed us the HEAVEN'S BREAD GUARANTEES OUR SALVATION. Today, John 6:35 shows us that HEAVEN'S BREAD GIVES SATISFACTION!
a. Those that come to Jesus are eternally satisfied.
b. They no longer have to drink from broken cisterns of this world.
c. In Jesus, they will tap into a source of life that never runs dry.
d. In the person of Jesus, there is more than an abundance of satisfaction.
2. PICTURE THIS: This world can never satisfy the longings of the human soul. We eat and a few hours later we are hungry again. We drink water and a few hours later we are thirsty again. In this world, hunger and thirsting is a symbol of utter frustration because our hunger and thirst will never be satisfied. So seeking to know God and to satisfy the soul's need, apart from Jesus Christ, is futile. Does your soul have hunger pangs? Do you seek God outside of Jesus Christ? Are your efforts futile? To be continued tomorrow.
CLOSING: May God help us not to judge others by their appearance.
Have a blessed day, MEMBERS of God's Family Team.
