A Tuesday Morning Prayer and Message!

Tuesday, November 23, 2010

Aloha Team Members! We are preparing for Thanksgiving! Praise the Lord!

"Loving Father, Gracious God, May we proclaim with the voice of Thanksgiving, and tell the world of all thy wondrous works. Let us therefore give thanks today: For the sun that shines in May, for the budding cherry trees, for the greening of the country leaves; For the summer's lovely golden stay, for the daisies wild in the meadows green, for the garden squash and climbing beans; For the Autumn's beauty in it's stay, for sumac red and scarlet elms, for nature in it's vibrant realm; For Winter's beauty at bay, the warmth of home at fireside, for crystal scenes of acres white. Let us give thanks today for every season's special way, and know that we are truly blessed, from north to south, from east to west. Your gifts to us are very precious, O Lord. Help us to keep them always in our hearts. This we pray this morning in Jesus' name, Amen!"

The Question: Continued From Yesterday!
I. James 3:13-18 - True wisdom and false wisdom. Read verses 13 thru 18. The knowledge of those who live moral lives comes from God: It is pure, peaceable, gentle, full of mercy and good fruits. The knowledge of those who live immoral lives comes from the world: it is envy, strife, confusion and evil works. Where do you stand today?
J. James 4:1-10 - Worldliness against Heavenly Wisdom. Read verses 1 thru 10. Let us humble ourselves in the sight of the Lord, and He will lift us up. God resist the proud but gives grace to the humble. Has God lifted you up?
K. 1 Pet 4:1-4 - Those who live moral lives are good stewards of God's grace. Read verse 1 thru 4. We should no longer live in the flesh to the lust of men, but to the will of God. The immoral people think it strange that the moral people do not run with them. With whom do you run?

May God's blessings bring joy to you, your families and friends, as you prepare to celebrate Thanksgiving. In His Love, Vic.

A Monday Morning Prayer and Message!

Monday, November 22, 2010

Goooooooooooooood Morning Team Members! Wonderful weekend! Give God all the Glory and Praise!

"Heavenly Father, Glorious God, Your Word is the blueprint for yesterday, today and the future. It is a gift for all generations. Thank you for your Word. Thank You for Jesus who brought us the Word. Thank You for every blessing and grace in Christ Jesus. Empower us to spread the Gospel of our Lord and tell the world the "Good News". This we pray in jesus' name, Amen!"

The Question: Continued From Friday!
G. 1 Tim 3:1-7 - In the last days perilious times will come. The perilious times indicate that apostacy will characterize the final days. That time began with the birth of Christ and will end when Jesus returns. Look at what the Immoral will be doing: Read vs 2-7).
H. Titus 3:3-7 - Here we see the foolishness of the immoral and the blessings for the morals. Read vs 3-7. Through the works of the Holy Spirit, the morals will be made "Heirs" of salvation and eternal life.
I. To Be Continued Tomorrow!
May each of you be blessed to day as you become "Heirs" of salvation and erternal life. In His Love, Vic.

A Saturday Morning Prayer!

Saturday, November 20, 2010

Gracious Father, Loving God, thank you for allowing us to come into your orchard, where we can dwell and savor the fragrances of your flowers andthe fruits that grow therein. We know that to dwell in your orchard, we must also bear good fruits, and those that do not bear good fruit will be removed. Thank you Father for Jesus, for speaking on our behalf, who give us opportunities to repent and become fruitful. Thank you for Jesus who helps us to grow and be fruitful. He is the vine and we are his branches. Help us then to bear fruits of righteousness, joy and peace. This we pray and ask in Jesus' name, Amen!"

A Friday Morning Prayer and Message!

Friday, November 19, 2010

Greetings Team Members! Blessed are we each day from the Heavenly Realms. So let's sing praises to our God today.

"Heavenly Father, Glorious God, helps us to grow each day in the knowledge of our Lord, Jesus Christ, and in our efforts to serve You, our Living God. Grant us the ability to make every effort to add to our faith goodness, to our goodness knowledge, to our knowledge self-control, to our self-control perseverance, to our perseverance godliness, to our godliness brotherly kindness, and to our brotherly kindness LOVE! You have promised us if we have and grow in these virtues, we will never be ineffective, unproductive or fail, but we shall be richly welcomed into the kingdom of our Lord. Thank You Father! This we pray in Jesus' name, Amen!"

The Question: Continued From Yesterday!
E. Eph 4:17 thru 5:21 - Immoral people walk according to the precepts of the world, in the vanity of their own mind. They walk in darkness, being aliegnated fromthe life of God through the ignorance in them and the blindness of their heart. Moral people walk by following Jesus' precept, His Word and His example, and are renewed daily in the spirit of their mind where the Word and the Spirit dwell. They walk in the light by putting on the "new man" which has been created in the righteousness and holiness of God. Read Eph 4:17 thru 5:21 for more details, for the ways of believers and unbelievers.
F. Col 3:5-11 - Living actions that causes us to be immoral need to be mortified (PUT TO DEATH). Why? Because they are acts of disobedience against God and they will bring God's wrath to bear on them. Read verses 5 thru 11 and note some of the immoral issues. We need to put away the man-made barriers that divide people and nourish the vices of the "old man".
G. To Be Continued Monday!
May your hearts be filled with the knowledge of God towards a new life in Christ, In His Love, Vic.

A Thursday Morning Prayer and Message!

Thursday, November 18, 2010

Goooooooood Morning Team Members! Another beautiful and wonderful day! Praise God!

"Heavenly Father, Holy God, helps to see and care about those around us in need and of your power over injustice. Grant us the heart and abilities and patience and love, to advocate for people, especially those who are victims of injustices. Help us to see them as hurting brothers and sisters in Christ. Help us to see them as neighbors and friends in need. Help us to reaxch out to them with a heart and a hand of hope and love. This we pray this morning in Jesus' precious name, Amen!"

The Question: Continued From Yesterday!
C. 1 Cor 6:9-12 - The unrighteous (The Immorals) shall not inherit the kingdom of God. Who are the unrighteous? Read verses 9 and 10. Such were some of us before we were washed in the Blood of Christ, before we were sanctified by his death, burial and resurrection, and before we were justified by the Spirit of God.
D. Gal 5:19-26 - The works of the flesh is what makes us Immoral. What are some of these works? Read verses 19 thru 21. What makes us Moral? it's the Fruit of the Spirit: Love, joy, peace, long-suffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, and temperance. There is no law against these.
E. To Be Continued!
Have a lovely Thursday and may God fill your hearts and life with the Fruit of the Spirit.
In His Love, Vic.

Thank you so much. I needed that prayer today. I am going through some issues with my son being bullied in school. Last night, I went to turn the light out in his bedroom and noticed that he went to bed reading his Bible. I am blessed that he knows his Father in heaven and knows where to turn.
