It's my day off and at 11 am i've got the kids ready and to school, got my 75 minute workout in! And it''s almost time to pick up the little one again. The sun is shining and it's a beautiful day! I did something for me today... have you? Maybe a tall nonfat latte is in order as well!

not sure what i would do without my mom! she watches/picks up my kids twice a week and then stays so i can get my workout in...love my mom!
today's workout was going well until i started on my 2 mile walk cooldown.... and ended up getting pelted with snow! it wasn't too bad initially, but about half way through i had to wonder... if getting sick and not being able to work out would be worth it to keep going for the 2 mile walk?! so i got through a little less than half the walk, but got 15 minutes of it in... usually 35 minutes... before i decided i was soaking wet and needed to go home! i love the change of seasons in michigan.... and yes i even love the snow for a little while... but this is going to put a serious damper on my walks!

    I'm so not ready for snow! I love winter and I love snow, but I have to be prepared for it...which I'm not! emoticon

ok, working out about 5 days a week regularly... last month.... down 5 lbs, up 3, down 3, down 3... have 8 lbs to go with weigh in this week and next week is the last to meet my 2 lb a week goal! not so sure after 3 weeks of loss.... working harder.... and i'm hungry!

Biggest Loser results....

Last week I was the BIGGEST LOSER, with a 3 lb loss. This week... another 3 lbs! YEAH me! My goal for this "season" of biggest loser was 2 lbs a week for 9 weeks.... right now I'm at 11 lbs lost.... so 7 lbs the next 2 weeks.... going to have to work HARD! Losses for the last 3 weeks, I feel a plateau coming on... HAVE to work hard and eat right this week! One day at a time...
