I realize that I have developed a pattern over these last two weeks. I wake up, and put on my Spark Activity Tracker, then I come downstairs and log on. After that I start sipping on my first bottle of water, and make myself a healthy breakfast because I'm ravenous in the morning. I eat my breakfast while I'm listening to Spark People Radio, and pedaling my mini-cycle. The rest of the day varies, but this first part seems to work for me. I can't wait to see how effective it is when I weigh in tomorrow morning! Let's see!
