Yesterday was a great day. I cut my calories again and I was full and satisfied. I didn't think that I would. I really pushed the vegetables. I thought that I was doing that already, but I'm stepping
it up even more!. I have a very detailed plan in mind, and I'm trying to keep myself busy so that I don't concentrate on food. Also, I'm pushing cardio exercise as opposed to weights, etc.. I don't want to injure myself again and I believe that cardio burns fat just fine. I will concentrate on building muscle a few months down the road. Well, here goes!
Okay well, I did a little bit of strength training with weights,, but the main thing is, I did 122 minutes of exercise today,
I've always wanted to do this and I did! I would like to exercise 120 minutes every day! So now, I am going to take a hot shower, go to bed, and listen to my motivation CDs!
