I've finally accomplished what I've wanted to for weeks.That is, I made exercise a priority when I first got up! I was able to do 50 minutes of aerobics before breakfast!
I've always wanted to do this! Plus, I drank 8 glasses of water before 11am!
I know that I am kind of "getting it out of the way", but it's what I have to do because the day gets away from me and well, life happens!
I hope that I can keep this up!
