Do not go run errands when:
1) Hungry... DUH
2) You don't have healthy snacks and water on you
3) You haven't made a list of exactly what you need.

Spent WAY too much money on food, ate crap for lunch, and didn't drink any water for 3 hours. Now I'm home and I have a headache and I'm discouraged because I made bad choices UGH

Running is going really great. I use to only like to run inside on the treadmill. The past two weeks we have had exceptional weather and I've been running outside and I have become addicted. I went to the gym to run on Sunday so I could also use the weight machines and I was annoyed the entire time. I don't like running on the machine anymore. I feel like I go too slow, it's boring, and the people around me chatting annoys the heck out of me. The music is horrible and I have to turn my ipod up really loud to drown it out, and yeah well it's just not the same at all. And I get all freaked out if I can't run every couple of days. I gotta keep going, it has become a time in my day that relaxes me and let's me be alone. It's peaceful. I like how I pass other joggers and get the nod. They know I'm on the team now :)

I need to get a hat, cause I'm gonna get fried from the sun if I don't :)

So at the suggestion of my best friend, I finally broke down and bought myself a nike+ running gadget. And needless to say I'm already addicted. I want to run every morning and find it frustrating that I don't have a sitter to do that.
I'm also learning that it's really not as far as I thought to run to some places. I ran for 30 mins on Sat, and when I mapped where I ran I was pretty shocked! I need to venture out and find new running paths. The bike paths are really great because they just repaved them so they are all smooth :)

Back again

Started back this week. Really trying to keep it together. I seem to have a few good weeks, then I loose it for a week, etc. But I know I've made great small healthy changes and it will all add up sooner or later :)

Resisting

Today was our really first hot day of summer. I mean it's getting how enough now where I don't want to go outside midday because I sweat too much. But I got out and Noah and I went for a walk.

All along the city center people everywhere were eating. Eating all kinds of sinful food and it was horrible! I always make sure I eat before I got to town so I am not tempted to give in and eat something not healthy. But it's not easy when people are walking around eating italian ice cream, soft serve ice cream, fries, deep fried cheese patties, bitterbollen, kroketten, and all kinds of other yummy foods. I was so proud because Noah and I resisted and didn't give in and buy anything!

The walk home wasn't an easier either. Walked right past the bakery in my neighborhood that sells all kinds of delicious temptations. I usually go in once a week and well today as I walked past I swear the girls at the counterd waved as if to say " hey why aren't you stopping by?"

Resist I did, but it's not easy!

    You are awesome!!! I am so proud of you :) I sent Kevyn a message asking him if he wanted to go for a drink, but I can't drink! So then I told him he could drink and I would watch lol
