MY EATING PLAN FOR TODAY

Breakfast Smoothie,

1 cup hot water with lemon

1 cup Green tea

Two Tbs Protein powder
1/2 cup mix berries
Two Tbs golden Flax meal
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 frozen Banana
two ice cube
2 glass of water
Blend everything together and enjoy.


Snack
2 glass of water
1 ounce pecan
1 cup vegetable broth



Lunch
2 glass of water
3 ounce Salmon
80 grams grilled Cauliflower
1 1/2 avocado
1 cup vegetable broth


Snack
2 glass of water
2 tbs almond butter
1/2 cup celery


Dinner
2 glass of water
3 ounce Salmon
90 Grams of grilled Cauliflower
1 cup vegetable broth
1/2 avocado

Snack

1 cup yogurt
1 ounce mix nuts.

yesterday I did not get to posy my eating plan,after yoga class last night I get some surprise visitors they did not leave until after 11 pm then it was time for bed,so this is my eating plan for yesterday.


Breakfast Smoothie,

1 cup hot water with lemon

1 cup Green tea

Two Tbs Protein powder
1/2 cup mix berries
Two Tbs golden Flax meal
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 frozen Banana
two ice cube
2 glass of water
Blend everything together and enjoy.


Snack
2 glass of water

1 1/2 avocado
1 cup vegetable broth


Snack
2 glass of water

Dinner
2 glass of water
3 ounce Turkey
1 1/2 cup asparagus
1 cup vegetable broth
1/2 avocado

Snack

1/2 cup yogurt
