So, week 1 I lost 5 pounds, week 2 no loss, oh well. I have never been one to worry about the numbers on the scale, I guess that happens after you weigh the same amount for a decade. I don't expect miracles when I get on the scale, and when I do get on it, I tell myself that it is ok if I gain weight. As long as I keep up with my workouts and keep up with eating better, it will all work out.
Breakfast is getting boring, cereal with strawberries and a banana and some very vanilla soymilk. Ran out of bananas and strawberries so today it is just cereal. Booooo. Eating strawberries, bananas, carrots, and cucumbers is getting expensive, and I just dont know how long I can keep it up. But the carrots and cucumbers as my snack throughout the day has made a difference, it doesnt make me hungry to go and want snack food. Of course I still want it, but not as much.
Went to the Broom Couny Fair last weekend, and ate what I wanted to, when I did the calorie counting it really wasnt that bad so I was pleased with myself, and I got to have ice cream! YUMMMM. Even tried a new flavor for me, had a black raspberry and vanilla twist cone. It was delish! Today I am going to the spiedie fest. Luckily I am pretty broke so I wont be buying much. But they have everything you could imagine there, including everything fried. Should be interesting to update my nutrition tonight. But I will also be standing and walking all day long so at least I am burning some of it. :)
I suck at signing on over the weekends, as I do not spend that much time on the computer Saturday and Sunday there are too many things to get done at home. It annoys me though because it messes up my streaks. So at least this morning I got online and got to make some updates. Hopefully I will get on at some point tomorrow as well.
Well I hope everyone has a great and productive weekend, I am going to work on my tan sweat out some weight, walk for a good 6 hours, and hand out business cards to everyone I see for my business!!!!
