I lost 1.2 hip hip horray. i have to say this week i have not been feeling well so I didnt exercise the way i needed to or eat the way i needed too! thank you for all the support my sp friends have given me!!
I am actually nervous. I have done everything that I was supposed to do.... I ate the right amount of calories, I exercised more than I have in a long time...and for days in a row which I can't remember how long it has been since I have done that.
I am excited and scared all in one. My goal was 1 pound!! not a huge goal but 1 is better than none.
