Yesterday, I did 30 minute walk and 30 minute of treadmill. I think I push myself too hard this week. Naturally, I was really very tired and not feeling too good. I managed to drive my friend, Nelly and her son home after Tae Kwon Do. Also, drove home safely. Praise the Lord! Last night, I did get some sleep and woke up this morning feeling better.

Today, just did 30 minute walk. Hope everyone is having a fabulous weekend!

Last night, I did not have a good night’s sleep. I have no idea what is the issue.

Yesterday, I thought I was going to take a break from Peak Sports Club. My hubby came home from work and said, “Honey, let’s go to Peak!” He had to work late and he went for a haircut. He was so motivated to go swimming that I could not say no. By the way, that is the only exercise he could do. As usual, hubby and daughter head straight to the pool. I do not swim so I told them I will be on the treadmill. I broke the record yesterday. First time I was on the treadmill for sixty minutes!

Also yesterday, I got a phone call from my girlfriend, Susan who lives in Alaska. She is from Malaysia too. It was nice to chit chat with her.

This morning, I woke up feeling very tired, sore and sleepy. I wonder if I overdid it on the treadmill.

My plan for today is to do 30 minute walk and take daughter to her Tae Kwon Do lesson at Peak. Depending on how I feel then, I will decide if I am going on the treadmill.

I forgot to mention yesterday that since my daughter is going to sixth grade, she also needs her physical exam, immunization shots and dental exam done. It took me about an hour to talk to all parties concerned before I could make her appointments before school starts.

Walk 30 minutes this morning. Had 3 bean salad for lunch. Prepare Sesame Noodles for dinner as it needs to be chilled in the refridegerator.

Took daughter to Peak Sports Club for her Tae Kwon Do lesson. Went on treadmill for 30 minutes. Went to Logli to get some groceries and fried chicken for dinner. Sesame Noodles is a cold dish and it is perfect for pot luck too.

Woke up feeling very tired and sored all over my arms and legs this morning. Probably from Aqua Zumba. Push myself to do 30 minute walk.

Had to go through the School Registration for my daughter. It took forever but it was finally over!

Had lunch with my girlfriend, June at Imperial Palace. June ordered Tofu with mixed vegetables. My daughter ordered Sweet and Sour Chicken with sauce on the side. I ordered Shanghai Shrimp. June said I look better than before I started my exercise at Peak.

Took daughter to Tae Kwon Do lesson at Peak Sports Club. I went on the treadmill for 30 minutes.

Walk 30 minutes in the morning. Run some errands. We went to Peak Sports Club today around 4:00pm. My hubby and daughter went straight to the outdoor swimming pool. I went 30 minutes on the treadmill, went to the steam room, and the hot tub. Went to the outdoor pool for a little bit. Had to go to the ladies. As I was passing through the indoor pool, the Aqua Zumba class was about to start. The instructor said "Hi" to me and asked if I would like to try it. I did! It was fun! I only stayed 30 minutes because we had to leave. I was very tired too.
