Update on my vacation

It is so hot here! Since I arrived on June 5, it has been in the nineties everyday. I could not take it any more. My brother took me to purchase an A/C but they cannot install right away. At first, the sales person said the earliest they could do the installation is next week. I guess the A/C is selling like hot cakes. We told him if they take so long, we would have to go to another shop. He picked up the phone to contact a few contractors until he found one that could do it this Thursday. I just have to put up with the heat another couple more days.

Another thing is I could not transfer my pictures here because my brother's PC mem card reader is damaged. Also, I did not bring my digital camera USB cable.

Other than that, I am enjoying my time here with family and friends.

I am sorry that you are suffering from the heat, but also so glad that you are enjoying your family. What wonderful times you will have to remember and tell your husband all about. Treasure this time and share your pictures with us when you return home.

I am so happy to be able to meet up with fellow Sparkers for lunch today. We went to One Utama Mall and ate food at Penang Flavours. It was so delicious! Also did some shopping. Hence, there was a lot of walking done today. Earlier, my daughter had spotted a cupcake shop. As it is a big mall, we had to look for the shop, so she could have a Dark Secret cupcake. The three of us just watched her eat as we were so full from our delicious lunch. In conclusion, we had a great time together.

Mixed Emotions

Believe it or not, I am actually looking forward to returning to US. Yet, another part of me wants to stay. At times, life is complicated.

Today is a special day for me

Friday, June 7, 2013 Malaysian time

I just want to share this evening, I get to see my grand baby girl for the first time! emoticon

I took pictures but I do not know how to transfer it here on my youngest brother's computer. As soon as I figured it out, I will post it here.

I still do not know which time zone I am in. Two days in a row, I woke up at 3:00am Malaysian time.
