Today is Monday and I'm starting another week off on the right foot. I've resolved to take things one day at a time and every week starts another opportunity to shed 2 or 3 lbs. Can't wait to get started! Slept really well last night (well, I sleep during the day) and the kids didn't wake me up too much. Now I'm home from work and ready to go to bed and sleep another 7 hours. I've found that if I sleep less than that I'm a zombie, but I just don't need 8 hours of sleep a night. I feel tired if I sleep too much as well. So, all in all a good start to the week. Slept well, ate pretty well and have a good attitude. Tonight is Zumba, my favorite, so I'm really looking forward to dancing my butt off (literally). I accredit about half of my weight loss to Zumba and definitely my good mood! I can't stop smiling for hours after all that great music!
