Got up this morning and went to my regular cafe to see friends and have breakfast. Ended up going to a noon movie to see X-Men with one of them. Found out he was a movie freak so I guess we'll be doing flicks from time to time. Cool. You know you gotta have friends.
D and I went to dinner at a seafood place we wanted to try. We're so lucky to have fresh fish down here on the Gulf. After I had logged my food, I found that catfish had way too much fat content. Don't need that. I checked out a table online that showed exactly that. Lowest in fat? 1 to 4 grams...
Cod, Flounder, Haddock, Halibut, Pike, Rainbow Trout, Red Snapper, Rockfish, Smelt, and Tuna. Highest on the table was Mackerel 18 grams! Just wanted to share.
Got home after dinner, took a break then knocked out my new strength training I put together. I'm really happy with it as I do it 3 days a week and it's overall body. We'll see how it goes. I'm always ready to tweek the plan if needed.
