when i feel icky from food, i drink a ton of water......it seems to help. Or at least i feel like it does.....i figure it cant hurt. Hope you are feeling better!

Well.....not yet anyway! as of the 19th it was exactly 18weeks and 36# away from my birthday goal. This is a little exciting...okay...alot exciting! Using Bill Phillip's Transformation; Body for Life; and SparkPeople to pave the road for me.
Baby steps. I have a few more goals that I will accomplish over the next 18weeks........ and thanks to SparkPeople they will all be done through little tiny baby steps.
Yay Me!
