I'm still hanging in there. I have been making it to the gym (other than working) and doing cardio & lifting for almost 3 weeks now. I can't wait til I am able to look at myself in the mirrors there. I try to avoid it!

    I recently restarted the program and I have done better than ever. It takes a long time to get the weight off. It packs on in a fraction of the time. I enjoyed your SparkPAge and I lov ejunk food too. Smarties? There are only 25 calories per roll. I'm sorry. I shouldn't have said that. But, seriously, if you can do it moderately, you can eat anything. I wish you success in this long journey to health.

not to eat any Smarties before I went to bed. Just the thought of those sweet, tart, smooth, wonderful tasting little morsels just begging to be eaten. Well, I fixed them - I ate M & M's instead! NO, not really, just trying to be funny.

I was in the bedroom getting ready for bed, TV was on. He went outside, and came back in & laid on the couch. I could HEAR m & m's all the way in the bedroom. I swear, I am like one of our dogs.

I made it though ONE entire day without stuffing my piehole full of junk food. I didn't eat healthy by any means though, since I didn't have any fruit or veggies. But I won't dwell on that, just rejoice that I made it though ONE ENTIRE DAY! Did you hear me?????

  I can relate. I just started this last week and every single day I've been over my calorie allotment until Wednesday (day before Thanksgiving) when I finally ate a reasonale amount of calories which didn't consist of a bunch of fast or "junk foods". I keep sugar free jello and sugar and fat free pudding mixes around here because I can't seem to shake my sweet tooth, and those seem to be healthier alternatives to the cookies, ice cream, and candy that I usually eat every day. Just not going to McDonald's every morning for my egg and cheese biscuit is quite a milestone for me. Keep up the good work and maybe we can talk together to keep each other motivated.
