I had a tape of Yoga Relaxation and decided to try it today. I enjoyed it, so I'll try it again. Think I'll work it into my regular schedule. SP suggests you change your rutine, so here goes.
I have been doing Dancing with the oldies 1 and 2, with Richard Simmons for years. Then I added walking. I'm up to 3 miles most days. Now Yoga. Should be enough.
