Hey ya'll.
How is everyone? I've been doing good. Seth broke his arm on tuesday and is in the full arm cast so I've been taking care of him. He broke his radius and they said where he broke it they have to watch really close to make sure the bone doesn't bend out of place. It is common in adults for the bone to bend out of place, if it does bend then he will have to get surgery to get a rod put in. We are hoping the cast will fix it and he wont need the rod. We go back tuesday for the next x ray. This is his first major broken bone.
Tomorrow my godmother is getting married. I hate dress shopping, I can't wait to lose my weight so I will feel comfortable dress shopping. But I did go to goodwill and get a cute dress for $5.
My new netflix addiction is the Kardashians lol. I love to watch my shows while I work out. I cant wait for season 8 of greys anatomy to get on netflix. That is my favorite.
I have got back down to 138 and still losing. I'm feeling great. I hope everyone elese is doing good.

    Yes Debby! When I get to the weight I want I am treating myself to a brand new pair of jeans and dress. And maybe shoes just because I love shoes! lol

    Smart girl! We hit thrift stores and discount stores while we were in the middle of getting rid of the poundage! (...and I was such a Designer freak!) It's a smart way to buy clothes then donate them when they fall off you! Thanks for sharing and I hope Seth mends right and fast! Stay strong!

Hey ya'll!
How has everyone been? I've been doing well. I've got myself back on track. I had gained weight back when I had my bad week, but I have started losing again and plan to keep losing. I'm back down to 138.5.
I had a great birthday weekend. we went to the beach friday evening and saturday morning, did mini golf and go carts saturday afternoon, and went to fata morgana sunday. I had a blast!
This was the day of my birthday

Hey ya'll! How is everyone?
So I tried a Carmen Electra Dance workout yesterday and I love it! Its hard work in some parts, but I have fun doing it! I might add it to my daily Routine. Also, I've started rolling my exercise ball around the house and using it as a chair because I read in the spark secrets that it helps. So I did pretty good yesterday getting myself back into it, and I found a workout that is actually fun instead of just hard which is great. I love insanity because it works, but that crap is hard. That will just be a once a week workout now.
I am so excited about a weekend getaway. Gulf Shores friday, sarturday, and sunday morning and a circus thing sunday afternoon. I did get the spark people app so I could keep track of my eating through the weekend.
I'm also excited that sunday is my birthday! or as I like to call it... Mariahpoloza!! lol. Then I got my dads birthday on the 24th and my little brothers on the 31st. lol.

Hey ya'll. How has everyone been?
I've been ok. Slacking off a bit. Its really time to pick myself back up get up and go! I've been staying on top of my workout, but I haven't been eating good at all. So I haven't been losing anymore weight. I can't keep doing that to myself, I'm started to feel bad again and I'm not going to the bathroom regularly anymore, just like before I started. But I can't do it anymore!
I went to see the Katy Perry movie the other night and she is really an inspiration for me because she proves that you need to be yourself not anyone elese, but Its hard to be yourself with extra weight holding you down, when you don't feel comfortable in your own body.
I've only been slacking off for about a week, so TODAY I get myself back on track. I only have 6 days until my birthday and I refuse to feel like crap on my birthday because I'm not taking care of myself. I will be in Alabama on my birthday, I just can't feel bad.

    It is a new week. Do pick yourself up and get back into it. Look at as not wasting your exercise efforts. It is true that it is hard to be yourself when you don't feel good about yourself. I know!! It is hard to shine when all you want to do is hide. Six days of good eating will have you feeling good about yourself. Best of luck.

How was your 4th of July?

Hey ya'll!
How was your 4th of July holiday? I still have a cold and feel like poop but I had fun anyway. We went floating the river, the had kabobs for supper and did fireworks. It did rain a bit while we were tubing and it probably wasn't smart to go sick but I had fun lol. asnd I dont feel any worse today lol. Monday I did good eating, mainly because I didnt feel like getting out of bed so I just ate small snacks here and there. and yesterday I didnt do great, but I didnt pass my limit either. My computer still wont charge, so p90x it is until I get my computer fixed. I think netflix has some good workouts on it too.
Now I want to take a minute to give everyone a good push. Mainly because I know holidays are the worst time for diets. You always end up eating to much, then feel bad about it after. But this week push yourself twice as hard. Its ok to have a cheat day sometimes =] Spend a little extra time up and moving today. If you ate bad yesterday it isnt the end of the world.
