It was only 10 minutes, it was only the exercise bike, it was on the lowest resistance setting, it was painful, my legs felt like jelly after. HOWEVER, I got it done, now I know I can do it.
My knees hurt the entire time. I was able to find foot positions that that lessened the pain but would have to change positions every once in a while. But I was able to do it. I have a long way to get to my goals but I know I can do it.
To get there I think I am going to have to bring a few friends along with me. Aleve, ice packs, and heating pad. The four of us will get there.
