Got on Dees treadmill for 20 minutes at 4.5MPH, then 10 mins at 5mph, then a 12 minute walk/cool-down. Felt great, wicked nice treadmill. Wish I had one of my own! :(
Back is the usual tight/stiff but not too bad. NO weight training for today, on again tommorow.
