Early morning start

I got up early today and did a nice warm-up of 20 minutes on the treadmill, then I did some light weights(upper body) for 2 circuits. I then got on the treadmill and jogged for 25 minutes. Shoulder was tight again when I woke up, but after I got my body warmed up again it felt great and I stretched real good. Today I am adding morning and evening stretches to my routine.
Lots of energy today. :)

Got going good today with the treadmill again. I walked for 10 mins, then faster for another 10, then jogged for 20-25, then cool down walk for 10.
I did some light weights (lower body) today. MY shoulder/back muscle is still bothering me so I have to watch it on the weights. I find it feels much better when I get running and the muscle gets heated up as well. Looking forward to a nice sleep tonight and a good early morning workout. :)

Shoulder feeling a lot better, did a light workout. Went for a walk for 45 mins and did an hour on the treadmill. I am going to up my cardio a bit this week.

Still in pain but it is easing a bit. I went for a nice hike today and felt good.

The muscle relaxers seem to be starting to work. I am only going for a 30 minute walk tonight and it is my off day for working out so thats good too.
I have been doin lots of stretching today, so hopefully that muscle with Reeeeeelaaax soon! :)
