Got going good today with the treadmill again. I walked for 10 mins, then faster for another 10, then jogged for 20-25, then cool down walk for 10.
I did some light weights (lower body) today. MY shoulder/back muscle is still bothering me so I have to watch it on the weights. I find it feels much better when I get running and the muscle gets heated up as well. Looking forward to a nice sleep tonight and a good early morning workout. :)
