Upper back, right side just locked in a painful knot. Needing muscle relaxers to take care of it. I need to take a few days off the weights and add some more cardio instead.

Walked fast for 7 minutes then I Jogged on the treadmill today for 20 minutes straight! It's not much, but it's a start. Tommorow I go for 30 mins. I hope to be up to 1 hour steady within 4 weeks from now.

I have been doing a circuit training routine I made up and I find it is making a difference. I get a real good sweat going on now and my heart rate gets up there. In between circuits I rest and stretch from between 1-3 mins. I am currently doing 12 exercises in each cicuit. I do 12 reps in each set, and I do 3 circuits of this in total.

I worked out my entire body with lighter weights today and focused on form and breathing/stretching. Saturday was kind of a day I couldn't figure out what to workout, so from here on out... I herby declare Saturday as Full Body/Stretch day. :)

I had a short walk today. My body was telling me to rest so I had to. Don't want to overdue it. :)
