Avg 40-45 miles a week on the runs, as well as keeping the milage going on the bike. Weights and diet going great. Johnny Miles Marathon in 3 weeks.
Looking like I'll stay between 40-45 weekly miles the next 2 weeks.....working to a couple 50 mile weeks going into the rampdown to the marathon.
Put in a couple nice long runs and a couple short fast ones to total 41 miles....
I was hoping for a couple more miles on the runs this week but a nagging heel led me to rest one more day than usual so..... hoping a new pair of shoes might help the issue in the week ahead.
