Started off with a 3 day a week swim program. I am working on adding more and more laps each swim as I adapt and get stronger. I have a bit of work to do in the pool, but wow, it is some workout! I am currently swimming about 15-20 laps at 50 metres, then biking for 40 mins and then running 40 mins. My goal is to get up to 40 laps, 1 hour bike, then a 1 hour run.
