Did 35 miles running last week, this week will be a bit more. Biking, swimming coming along good as well.

Started off with a 3 day a week swim program. I am working on adding more and more laps each swim as I adapt and get stronger. I have a bit of work to do in the pool, but wow, it is some workout! I am currently swimming about 15-20 laps at 50 metres, then biking for 40 mins and then running 40 mins. My goal is to get up to 40 laps, 1 hour bike, then a 1 hour run.

Getting my road miles up preparing for the Johnny Miles and a few other events this summer. Feeling good and maintaining my weight. Back feeling strong.

Feb.2007 - Cold weather running

Well, the gym treadmill has been getting to me so I've been putting in some more road miles. It's been so cold though, it's hard to get out everday. I look forward warmer days so I can run outside.
I love the road runs and bikes so much more than the indoor stuff.

NEways.......I've been keeping a good weight and really getting into the science of training with the help of some professional trainers...and SP of course!! :)
Monitoring everything, tracking everything.....I find it is the only way to do it. Do it right or don't do it at all they say! :)
