Chicken Ceasar Wrap Lite - Chef MacDude

- 1 boneless skinless chicken breast cooked
- 3 inner leaves of romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup of chopped green pepper
- 2 whole wheat pita bread rounds
- 2 tablespoons of light Ceasar Salad dressing

Chop up the chicken, green pepper and romaine lettuce and put it into a mixing bowl, add the light ceaser dressing and mix it all together. Spoon on and wrap the 2 wraps anyway you know how to. Save a wrap if you can't eat them both!

CALORIES per wrap: 256.5 for two: 513
CARBS per wrap: 22 for two: 44
FAT per wrap - 4.5 for two: 9
PROTEIN per wrap- 31 for two:62

  


Went Hiking

Went hiking with my brother and a friend today for a couple of hours. We stopped a couple times along the way for a rest and to drink some water. A great day for a nature hike it was. Feeling a bit tired but not too bad considering the terrain we covered.

I did a 45 minute walk today and worked out my lower body doing sets of 12-15. Afterwards, I did a cool-down walk for 15 minutes, then stretched good. I then ate a tuna sandwich on whole wheat bread. I am really starting to feel my energy levels rise, and I am feeling myself getting stronger, and more motivated every workout.

Had a great time with Amber, did some shopping and dined-out. I had a nice chicken and spinach salad and a tonic water with lemon. It was great.
