Is it getting habitual?

As I have said a few times already, I'm not much of a blogger... So when Week 2 blogging was done, I sighed with a relief. BUT yesterday night I felt that something was missing. Yes, I had been consistent with my other goals (squats and encouragement, workouts), but I didn't blog... it felt a bit strange. Therefore I thought that today I want to put down a few lines and hopefully I will do it at least a couple of times a week. :)

Yesterday I had a nice long walk, I plan to go walking today also. Weather is quite cold here still so I have to keep moving pretty fast. It's a good exercise!

    I too am not much of a blogger and felt the relief when the pressure of having too was done, but I too have been missing it. I found it helps me stay focused on my goals and what I'm doing to accomplish them and I really got a boost from all the support. Great job on stepping out of your comfort zone and blogging even when you "don't have to".

    I like to think blogging fits into that category of "Everything in moderation" . . . some of us are just a little more moderate and that's just fine. I too felt the relief and relished in it. Time really does fly!!! I can't believe that we are about to enter week 3 of the challenge!!!

I just want to say to all my team mates that you have helped me a great deal with cultivating new habits and being consistent. I want to give my very best for this team!

It was also nice to be in the spotlight this week. You really made me feel special and appreciated! Thank you!!!

Day 6: Do you need some motivation or advice?

I can't believe that this is my 6th day in a row to blog!!! :O I have been consistent with my goals set and I have to give a lot of credit for that to the precious Teddy Bear team. You keep me motivated, you give advice and help reach those goals. I do not have to ask for it, I just get it here! emoticon emoticon emoticon

Day 5: What can I improve upon?

It's 9.10pm in Estonia when I'm writing this blog. Today I have been short of time all day long. At work I'm having a very hectic time and I'm like a squirrel in a wheel (this expression is translated word by word from Estonian, I do not know whether this is what you use in English to describe being busy with chores and responsibilities and running around).

Firstly, I am most grateful to all Teddy Bears who have really shown me the real spirit of this team and true encouragement! emoticon emoticon emoticon That has really moved me deep in my heart and I hope that I give it all abundantly back!

What I can improve upon?... I can get always better and better in making right choices, noticing people around me, my fitness achievements etc.
But I think that it's important to realize that as long as I'm alive I am moving, improving and learning!

P.S. Loving doing 100 squats a day in a row!

I am very glad that I decided to join Winter 5% Challenge and that I was assigned to Teddy Bears Team. All the support that I get here is just fantastic! Thank you all! emoticon

With my goals I'm doing great day by day! A hundred squats a day is becoming easier and easier. I am really looking forward to seeing some results pretty soon! emoticon

As I am at work for most of the day then I'll try to encourage my co-workers and lift them up. :)
