Lost weight by being sick.

Well i was sick all last week I woke up sunday 13th with
a sore throat and i did not want to eat anything.
I hurt to swollow so I did not bother, then a couple days went by and the sore throat left me
then it was just a little bit of peanut butter & jelly sandwich here and there
still did not want to eat much. I weighed myself thismorning and
the scales read 131lbs after i caliberated it with a 5 lb bag of flour. I am feeling alright
but still recovering. But what a way to lose weight,
i don't recomend it to anybody. well after i kick the rest of this yuck
back to my meal plan.


Met my goal for 8 cups of water today!

well for the first time ever ii can put emoticon for my 8 cups/glasses of water today!
I did not get to the gym today because my husband needed to drive into work today
by himself. i guess housework counts as exercise i'm not sure. i am doing ok
i am a little less tired today.

  Also, if you enjoy looking stuff up on the internet and such, a good way that I get my water for the day is to take a sip every time I click, or every time I change pages.

They really add up!

    Great work on drinking your water. Here's my trick. I have a 32 ounce soda cup from the convenience store down the block (it's 32 oz if you fill it completely to the top, I measured :-). I fill it with ice and water first thing in the morning, sip on it for 4 hours, then refill it again when I get back from lunch until 5:00pm. Plus, if I have some water with lunch and a little more with dinner, I'm in great shape for the day.

Drink your water early in the day so that you aren't in the restroom during the night :-)

I went to the gym today did three classes and after the third class
i spoke with my taekwondo instructor ( who is one of the personal trainers and message therapists at golds gym) about nutrition counseling and I signed up for it
and brought home a meal plan and it looks good because i am a competitive exerciser.
i am going to make it work for me.

i had a better day today.

I had a better day today. i went to the gym
and took a bodycombat class & did some stenghth
training this morning and i felt better and have some energy
now i need to consentrate on becoming the "skinny friend" lol
i know i can do it, with some help.
i put sticky notes of what strenghth training exercises
to what portion of the body upper, core & lower
on my laptop screen.
so i am so ready for spring.
so when spring i am going to really
hit the gym.

I am wndering how
i speed up my metabolism
to help me further lose weight
and keep it off. i went to this
website health for all and it
does not tell me how to
speed up my metabolism
and my metabolic rate.
i just don't know how to
