tried a new class at golds

I tried step class again and i made it through without a mistake,
i stuck to low options in some of the tracks. I am going to incorperate
step arobics into my weightloss plan.
i like it though i was always turned off from it before
maybe because the instructor went to fast or something
besides me being a little uncoordinated at times.
i don't but i am going to do this three times a week,
there is got to be big results with that somehow.

I am still at 135lbs, i weigh myself daily early in the morning.
and i log that result and am struugling again to break the plateu
and get down to 120 lbs and be a size five. i know i can do it
but i just still have trouble. i am trying not to clean my plate
and seeing how that goes. i exercise when ever i have the jeep.
but right now it is snowing and my husband is home.
i don't shovle the driveway at all, i will just wait until the roads are clear hopefully monday
and i will go to my three classes.

i am experiencing a small downward spiral
i have a little bit of a lack of energy at this point today.
what are some foods that will give me lots of energy?
i sometimes forget what they are.

something besides fruits& vegtables & without caffine.

    Nuts, bananas, chicken, fish, bread. Or energy bars (but don't eat those often because they aren't great for you or natural). :)

    Fruits are great of course. Even a little walk around the block can help get you off your feet and motivated. Good luck!

I am still at 135 lbs but i think i can start breaking it
and maybe lose these last pesky 15lbs. emoticon
i am taking a break from working harder and pushing myself to the limits.
i know it's sad. i'll do better soon. emoticon

Yes I move up the scale 1 lb
I am @ 136. I am going to start exercising
more intensly. and watching what i eat more
ok, so I had two
thanksgiving dinners in one week
i tried to do good. i am not
feeling well either. I did not have a eating benge
with my period this time. so that was good.
I am happy with that.
it was the thanksgiving
desserts that did me in a little.
well tomorrows another day.
I have my Husbands company christmas
party Saturday
December 12th
it is a black tie event.
I have the same dress I
Wore last year
I am going to try & do good
this week and next week.
120 lbs, here i come!!!!

    I moved up 3 lbs. and I'm not a dessert eater. I happen to go for the meat and potatoes. You have a great attitude!
