Yup. Had great success (lost 8 lbs) when doing my first week of BFC. Then I decided bread was more important, followed by chocolate, chocolate, and more.
Errrrrrrt. (insert sound of squealing brake).
U-turn. I am back on the program. Doing fine. Steering clear of sugar and sweets. Need to make a few more adjustments, including meal planning, buying groceries and making food at home, and getting back to walking and/or the gym.
I put on my pedometer this morning. I'll be walking over to the library in a little bit. I have some books to return. 10,000 steps would be great. I'm shooting for 8,000 for today.
Top 3 goals for today:
1) Walk 8,000 steps
2) Name 3 positive things about myself (resilient, encouraging to others, sunny attitude)
3) Stop at HMart to buy chicken (and maybe fish) after work
1 goal down! Two to go!!!
