During my walk yesterday i got to thinking ( i do sometimes emoticon ) It wasn't deep it was about ketchup and condiments on a whole.

I realized that i had significantly lessened my use of condiments ie ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise and i didn't really think about ridding myself of them purposefully, i just cut out a lot of things i used to eat that required ketchup or mayonnaise or mustard.I still love the taste but i haven't indulged in a hot dog nor a burger for the past few months and i dont really miss them, i use to buy a burger meal at lest twice a week and that included the fries and the large soda.

Lets see how long i can go with that bottle of sealed ketchup and no mustard or mayonnaise.

    Condiments are meant to enhance the flavor of food, not add a bunch of extra flavor. You could try experimenting with spices and other flavors to enhance your food instead of adding lots of extra flavors. Just a small, thin spread of a condiment is often enough and adding more doesn't add any flavor, just calories.

Hi everyone i have been away for awhile, away from the page not from exercise in fact i have been doing more exercise and i know it is working, because i ran down the mailman yesterday and i didn't even break a sweat nor did i lose my breath after i caught him i ran back home so i was really happy with my run emoticon. Well i will try to post to my blog more often and tell you guys what i am up to. Right now it is very cold yep cold 13 degrees is what they are saying so i am kinda hiding out inside apart from my walk that i didi this morning. Hope you all have a fabulous weekend.

    Good morning, MICHKER, on this fine cold Friday morning. It is 10 degees here along the mighty Merrimack River, Essex County, Massachusetts. I completeed 60 fitness minutes by 6:25 a.m this cold morning but I did it inside and 45 minutes were on my stationary bike. I also worked out with kettlebells for 15 minues. And I did break out into a sweat. Keep up the good work for your good health.

I too find it difficult to make blog entries.

hello my blog readers....yes i think there might be a few people who read my blog anyway, i have been missing in action, but lets see what we can do.

My show is back Vampire Diaries, also watching Dancing with the stars sometime, ok a few people might be affected by the fox, cablevision tiff that is going on, and yeah i miss Fringe but what can you do .

Enjoying NIkita on the CW11, but of course i keep expecting Maggie Q's leg to snap everytime she kicks someone.......lol

Oh congrats to my girl Jessyvirginny, her novel is progressing nicely...keep up the good work girl.

ok i have signed up to do a challenge, with my twilight challenge group , so wish me luck and i will see you all when i re enter the blog zone again....mwahhhhhhhhh. Happy Holloween. emoticon

TA DAH I am back, I have had a busy week, maybe not too much but it has been good.

Okay first off: I want to thank all my friends for reading my blog, Thank you all for the support and I love your comments.

Mission Momma : Re Varicose Vein juice, it is recommended for use before and after, if you don't have them it will help in keeping them away and if you do it will help in breaking down the fibrin surrounding the varicose vein. they suggest you eat more ginger, garlic and onions. My juice for Varicose this week was cantaloupe with skin, use a good fruit wash before you juice. Also a smoothie this is good, 1 firm Kiwi,peeled 1/4 cantaloupe with skin 1 ripe banana. juice cantaloupe and kiwi then blend with banana. this drink heals the stomach lining.

Mission Momma you got me talking about food, i love yogurt but my yogurtgasm went to a new high when i had the yogurt from Trader Joes, real greek yogurt with honey it is packaged that way, I tell you i could eat that for days and i do as a snack my other snack is nuts i buy a hugh can of mixed nuts at my BJ's and eat 1/2 cup a day. I love them. ok no more food stuff.

My exercise continues and the instructor is determined we shall learn a new step, so we press on in the step class, she finally gave up when she realized that even her most ardent followers did not get it, aww well we continue next week, my other class is a high/low impact cardio weight loss, now near to the end of each class, the instructor seems to forget that she is teaching, LOl and she does salsa and reggae moves and just cut loose, well of course i had to let loose too, totally forgot that i was in a class like a three year old and started showing my moves,yes I got moves, they may not be exactly exercise moves but when the music moves you LOL.

Well tomorrow going to a party, not for me a kiddie party, had my party at the gym lol.

Ok i am back, yeah anyway ok the great reveal on dancing with the stars Kate was sent home, Honestly, I did not mind her, she actually could not dance plus she was scared everytime she stepped on the dance floor , human emotions if you ask me, not everybody is comfortable in front of the camera doing something you have never done. Pam come you are an expert in front of the camera sorry, right now i am over Nicole sorry Nicole fans, I love PCD's but you are a trained dancer also Evan sorry, i like some i don't know in my dancer or not so much know if you get me.

Ok my gym visits as usual Wednesday was fine just some strength training and working on the machines for different parts of the body, right now i can't remember the name of one machine i love so much you sit in it and work you outer thigh also one for the inner thigh i love them.

Tripple5Emmy yep i am working on finding the fun , i will tell you as soon as i find one exercise that is really fun , LOL "do you think we will find it?"

Thursday: of course we come back to my step class, the teacher had a whole sequence of new steps to teach, because she had to teach a new step, improvement and all that, can't stand in the way of progress, I have noticed that whenever we get a new sequence i don't get a hard enough workout, concentrating too hard on learning or rather messing up the new steps. Well the workout i got in did me good.

Healthy eating as i love to call it is not bad for the most part i am doing good, i love juicing. yesterday i juiced a whole pineapple and ginger , and two apples it is a lot, but i drink a glass each day, they say it is good for the fight against varicose veins, at lest it taste good. Dinner was a bowl of soup, salad and sandwich. Watched my favourite shows on television Vampire Diaries and Supernatural. My boy Stefan is in Vampire Detozx how funny is that hey we got to do something can't have him draining the town. Supernatural yeah gods you all got your asses kicked by the Devil Devil ten gods none , how horrible was pestilence in the end. gaw where is a good disinfectant when you need one.

Friday :breakfast this morning was scrambled eggs white with toast along with coffee my morning juice today, was grapefruit and apple one each. No exercise today my off day.

    emoticon Keep up the good work!!!! I went to the gym last night myself!!!! I did an arobics class and I'm hoping to do a step arobics and abs class each Tuesday and Thursday night!!!! Me and my daughter Ashley also go workout together but we haven't went together for a while. I think we are going in the morning before our 100 Monkeys concert tomorrow night!!!!     Thanks for the update on DWTS. Even though I missed this week, I didn't think Kate would be sent home. I find the show entertaining, but don't have a favorite, yet.

emoticon on your progress at the gym!!! I'm impressed with the step class. You must be coordinated. Me, not so much. I tried it once -- and it was a disaster. I moved in all the wrong directions -- it was like a really bad "I Love Lucy" episode.

You have inspired me to get my butt to the gym. I only have time to go on the weekends. So, I'm going tomorrow for a cardio workout -- and will check to see what the "class" schedules are (if any). And believe me, if I find one that is fun -- I'll let you know!

You are so good about your juicing. You go, girl!!!
