Iíve been struggling the past few months with a family situation which is now getting under control. Unfortunately, Iíve broke some of my healthy habits: daily tracking, eating healthy, drinking water and exercise. For me, once good habits are broken they are hard to get back. So I feel Iím back to square one.
Today is day 1 for me. Now this is the 5th day one for me this past week. Iím hoping to make it to day 2. Iím not giving up! Iíve come so far to give up. I will keep trying until Iím back on my healthy track.
