so this new year i can saw that i have started out right. i have done at least ten mins of some form of fitness. i have started to eat breakfast it helps me from over eating during the morning. i have stopped get junk food because i know i will just sit down when upset and just eat and eat because i'm bored, or mad, or stressed. i have bought more fresh fruit and started to make smart snack choice. i hope to start to see some progress the month but just having more energy to do the things that i want and not feel so tired or weak even would be more than enough then trying to fit into some skinny jeans.we will see
