1 whole wheat english muffin - toasted
Dice together, 1 serving low fat ham slices, 1 serving weight watchers mozzarella cheese, 1 serving tomato and season with a spice that you like. I used mediterranian sea salt. Top your muffin with this mixture.
Microwave long enough to melt the cheese.
A healthy breakfast with carbs, protein, dairy, and fruit all mixed together for less than 300 calories.
