Almost to 100,000 points!

Tuesday, April 17, 2012

I wanted to put a before and after picture on this blog but the after is still not as good as I want it to be. I also gained and am not at 187 instead of 166 and want to get that weight off.. What I found is when I got to 176 I was so flabby it scared me and I stopped exercising. I feel less flabby at 187 but doctor wants me at 166 .
So because I am having so much pain I need to be willing to get out there and do my 60 minutes of walking. I wonder if they have solutions for all the skin that will be sagging and , quite uncomfortable?

I started to get my hair cut short about a year ago so...
I am going to find some of those pictures but
I have not been willing to take any because i am not loosing dispite
100,000 spark points .
I know I have kept 30 pounds off but what have I done for you today.

    I think you are emoticon
I am considering getting my hair cut short. I do not really like it, but it will make it so much easier to handle as I exercise.
I wonder about all of the flabby skin, too. It has taken me 3 years to lose the 50 pounds I've lost... I have another 50 to go. My skin isn't too bad now. But I know the next 50 will affect the skin. Will deal with that when it gets here.
I do not do pictures. I have never photographed well. Even when I WAS thin! I may feel differently when I get to goal. Right now, no pics.
emoticon on almost 100,000 points! WOW!
I look forward to gettinghtere, myself!
You are an inspiration! I CAN do this! Thank you!
Hope your week goes well, and you have less pain!

Trip to SF

Monday, April 09, 2012

The excavation work continues next door but the little dude sleeps right through it. Which is good because he eats every two hours around the clock.
Typical new born pattern

Had a great trip to SF. Sat with the baby while son #2 finished dropping a ceiling and did some errands ... He is creating an extra room so we are able to stay with them when they need help with the baby. I really love them both and am happy to do it. Pray that they will all be safe.
I am feeling better but my neck is not all that happy.
I have trouble sleeping because of the discomfort.
I am just taking one day at a time.
It is good that I drink so much water. will be needing to drink a little bit more.
We will see if my two weeks of no loss in spite of the effort, will result in a loss this next week. I just need to keep trust the system.

Quite a cutie

Saturday, March 31, 2012

Tiger is home from the hospital and the neighbor has chosen to jack hammer the new foundation for the house. But he is sleeping as if nothing is happening.
(I hope it is not because he cannot hear it)
The house next door has been sold and the new owner has been unable to get in for a long time because the squatters would not leave and there are laws about tenants when the landlord sells the property. So the week Tiger gets home they start with the demolition.
Anyway life is changing again. I will be going to visit for the first time on Wednesday.
Have a great Palm Sunday.. See you in church? I always resent the people who only come around the holidays and take my favorite spot. So I have to get in early but then they make me squish in... I like to sit in the middle of the row.

I can tell you personally, I hate it when someone comes to you at church when you are deep in meditation and says... I believe you are sitting in MY SPOT.. HAHAHAHA I didn't know that there was any reserved seating. Of course I always slide over a bit for them, even if they arrive LATE...

I am so glad that your new grandson is doing well.

    Yes, he IS a cutie!
I have the same problem with the "squishing" on days when the Convenient Catholics come to Mass. But I am grateful they come at all... on of these days the Holy Spirit might be able to reach some of them, and they will become "regulars" after all! How awesome it would be of we were sandwiched in together at EVERY Mass!!
I'm looking forward to seeing more pictures of Tiger!
May you have a blessed Palm Sunday!

Well today my son and his wife continue on their trail to parenthood.
Tiger is the 5th child they have fostered. They want him to be their forever child.
I do not know if this is God's will, he is fragile, with medical problems.
But I think, they love him. They have the training and the will.
Dear Lord have mercy on them and as you granted Abraham a child in his age, grant them their wish to raise a child in your ways.

I feel expletive deleted.

So I went to a meeting and it felt so much like everyone was talking about nothing and I just could not identify with what they were saying. So I just decided I was too tired, too full, too hot, too crabby so I left and went and purchased chicken breasts and livers,

also bacon and steak. I have tons of veggies and fruits but need protein.
I have beens but that is not food to hubby.
I got back here to say I hope no one took my leaving personally.
I really just should have stayed home and watched a movie.
Got to do my 60 minutes tomorrow.

HEY, they shouldn't take it personal..
You didn't throw things or cuss anybody out, right? Whew.......good for you.

I know the protein feeling..... I get it often myself. Think I'll take some chicken out of the freezer. Hope you can get outside and enjoy this beautiful day.

And I LOVE LOVE LOVE the picture of your kitty.
