Hubby loves Judge Judy but I am absolutely tired of his watching even the reruns. I just get tired of hearing the same answer over and over .

Family is so important

My family has been very supportive of my pursuit of "thin".
It seemed that never a day went by without the desire to have a body that would be so thin every one would call me Skinny.
But here I am, still waiting for the day to come when I can look like my dreams.

I am at my ticker weight and been there for two days without going up.
I am so excited that some how or another I may be moving down again.
I want to take off another 30 pounds before I plateau again.
But I will not give up the pursuit of health and happiness.
And Maybe even prettiness.

I am walking every day at least 30 minutes. I really appreciate every one who comments on my blog. I have cut out coffee and any added salt from my food plan. I started this Saturday after my physical at my Doctor.
He said I just have to cut out the Pot of coffee I had been drinking and I had been eating way too much salt. No more salted chips.

    good for you for making this commitment to your health. Caffeine and salt also make you retain water, so giving these up you'll probably see that scale moving down fast! good luck to you, i'd love to know how it goes. I gave up salt about two years ago and now am very sensitive to it, so if I order something at a restaurant it's almost always unbearably salty unless I specify. there are seasoning salts out there with no salt, I think mrs dash has one, and its great on EVERYTHING! eggs, chicken, beef, casseroles, you won't miss salt at all!
