the two meals I had today had no vegetables. I had a yogurt with fruit for breakfast and I ate on the run a piece of pizza cheese . Not my idea of good weight loosing food plan. No mindful meals yet.

    The only way that I've been able to successfully keep to any kind of healthy meal plan was to actually write out a week's worth of menus in advance. Then, even if I didn't stick to it, I knew what I was supposed to be eating so I tried to stay close.

We started the mindful eating challenge and I am eating horribly.
I do not understand why but I have been eating milk and cookies and going over my calories. I would not be surprised that I would have gained weight for the first time in months. If I did I will change my tracker.

    Today is my free day - went to Target and bought more junk than healthy - just sounded good.

    We all have bad days. Don't let this stop you. Sometimes we need just to take a break for a day and then get back on track the next day. I have a day that I call a free day every once in a while.

Ok Today for dinner I had one piece of home made Pizza 3x3 inch square with one ounce of cheese and three pepperoni and onions and green peppers. and a great big humongous pretzel the kind you purchase at fairs and a 12 ounce jamba juice. I had a pretty good time. I enjoyed it when I was done I was full and did not eat any more. I felt satisfied, I felt it tasted good.
salty , sweet, spicy. good company and smiles.

I was chatting and listening and it was great.

I have not had much time to blog. I get on less and less time. But I want to talk about when and how I feel when I eat and this is a good venue. So I got up last night and had yogurt and sardines and crackers! I ended up eating them while watching the so you think you can dance show I taped.
I should have danced with them.
