A lot of people have a hard time eating when your bored or late night snacking. If you do that a lot of it you end up finding out that you're very very hungry and you're not eating enough food to fill you up throughout the day. So if you're going to have these cravings you should either keep the food that you're craving out of the house so therefore you can't eat it at all or you should be able to prepare for snacks ahead of time so when you go to eat you already have things to grab. These are the things that I am going to work on. How about you?

    Chips are my downfall but luckily they are making the reduced fat and the sunchips are not a full of fat.

I've got to get back to being motivated to exercise! Really good when it comes to walking I need to get back involved. I can't wait to the Metro Park walks. I'm really looking forward to doing every single one of them this year. I just need to focus on cardio and strength some more! Until next time..........;-)

I am hoping that my family jumps onboard with what I am doing. Two of my three girls are but I am having trouble with the other members of my family being supportive. This is for me and I thought for them too! Oh my, hope that tomorrow goes better. Goodnight! Peace Love and Happiness for all!

Planning Meals

I am going to try and start planning meals a little better. I have an e-meals subscription and absolutely love it! I just need to stick with it again. I think that I am going to use the Paleo meal plan as well as the vegetarian one. I have used the regular and the portion control before and loved them both but I think that it is time for a change.
