I started my walking program almost two and a half weeks after breaking my rib. Maybe I can get back and lose the weight I gained doing nothing.
I fell Sunday night and broke a rib. Man am I sore. Doc says 4 to six weeks. I am going to find some way to stay the course.
I have been slacking off. Since I hurt my hip I can't walk like I use to. It is making my weight go up.
I plan to keep up with the Spark program and to play better golf.
Time to get after it.
