Waking up to a new dayTuesday, May 17, 2011
So the scale says once again I gained several pounds. Sure doesn't take much to do so. I am looking forward to getting back on track today and eatting right. I just feel so much better when I eat the right foods. Today I feel sluggish since I have been eating off program for the last couple of days. It is so amazing to me how much food effects how you feel. I have also noticed that sometimes when I eat too much veggies and fiber I feel tired as well. So it's important for me to pay attention to what I eat and how much. ![]()

I find that some foods make me feel sluggish also. Getting and staying on track is not easy, as long as you are still working at it you are doing great!

tomorrow it's back on track again! we had dinner at friends and I was good and didn't drink...but she served the plates piled high with chicken salad made with lots of mayo. oh and lots of chips and dips. so tomorrow I am really going to walk hard and eat light.

I planned on a high calorie day today but when I finished tracking it was only 1200- well below my range- so I had a glass of milk and a few graham crackers with peanut butter. Bet you have a pretty low calorie range, Peanut! Report Inappropriate Comment |
