How to?

How to is a really big question for me. For all of us I guess. I always have a list of things that I want to do and yet, I always have trouble figuring out "how to" accomplish them. Most of my problems are finding time. Never enough... EVER!
Now I need to figure out a few "How to's".

How to... find time to work out in between boot camp days
How to... find more time to spend with my hubby
How to... make sure my kids are ok
How to... be happy where I live now and not always wanting to go back to the before
How to... make more money
How to, how to, how to. This is the beginning of the list. I need someone with exceptional organizational skills to come into my life, look at all my how to's and try to fit them in with the already doing's lol. Any tips would be much appreciated.

    Thanks Leanna! I have been finding that while I am bettering myself, more and more questions keep popping up lol. All questions about how to better myself even further. I think my goal will be to try and handle one at a time :D Thanks for the input! I love it!
PS 4am is normal for me around here so I don't think I want any earlier lol ;)

    Oh boy! You're right about one thing - we all have some of these questions swirling around us! My big one is finding time to work out consistently while still having time with family. To answer that, I've started doing all my workouts in the mornings, which on work days means I'm up horribly early (4 a.m.) and hoping the video I'm doing isn't disturbing anybody's sleep!

I wish I had answers for you on the other questions. How to be happy has to come from within, and making sure your kids are OK falls into the "doing the best you can with what you have" category.

It's really good to ask these questions, even if the answers elude us! Good luck, and stick with it!

Little bit....

So, my second boot camp class was last night and I must say that it was easier. A little bit! I am not quite as sore as I was after Tuesday's class. I am excited to see how I can keep it up over the weekend by myself. Walking and lots of it I think. Will be a little bit difficult seeing as I work all weekend but I'm going to give it a shot. I think that if someone can get to a boot camp class you should give it a try! If you can find a wonderful group of people and a great instructor like I did, then you will LOVE it! Can't wait until next week and that makes me even more excited about the future!

Made it!

So, yesterday was my first boot camp class! I absolutely loved it! I am sore today but looking forward to tomorrow already. All I kept doing during class was picturing myself at my goal weight. It helped me through it all. It wasn't the drill sergeant type of class but a fun boot camp. Everyone was motivating each other. Was amazing doing it with such a great friend too. Thursday she won't be there but I am still looking forward to getting my butt kicked again lol. Forgot how much squats and push ups suck though haha.

Will keep everyone posted and thank you for all the kind words of motivation! They mean so much.

Well today is the day my boot camp starts! I am actually leaving home in 15 mins to get it done! Soooo nervous now but very excited to start this next chapter. Will fill everyone in on how it goes lol

So, it has been awhile since my last post. Life has been so hectic and even stressful at times. Kids, work and more kids lmao. Its ok though. I was really proud of myself and how I handled it all this time. Seems to be getting easier to handle the stressful situations with the kids these days. I have finally figured out how to leave work stuff at work. I think that is one of my biggest accomplishments. Definitely helping life at home.

Otherwise, the countdown to boot camp is on :D I have bought all the things I need (yoga mat, weights, shoes etc.) and I THINK I am ready to go. OK, haha, I know I am. I am scared and excited at the same time. The closer it gets, the more I think "Pushups? Planks? Oh boy!" I just keep thinking of the benefits of all of this and remind myself of the old saying... No pain no gain! So, Tuesday will be the day and I truly can't wait!
